Default Whirlpool Tub Balance Problem
Model Number: LA8860XWQO   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years

When the machine starts to fill with water the tub intercepts the flow of the water causing water to go back into the casing and all over the floor. I bought and installed new tub suspension pads and a new tub suspension spring. This did not solve the problem. I may have hooked the spring up to the wrong hole inside. It was just hanging when I looked under the machine. Does anyone know exactly where the spring connects? Also, any other ideas about what could cause/solve this water problem?
