topload washer water problem
Brand: White-Westinghouse Age: Less than 1 year
Water keeps running and drains out at the same time

Your drain pipe may be to short.This will cause the water to drain while it fills,also if it,s tape around the top of the drain pipe and the washers drain hose this also will cause the same problem.This problem is caused by the syphoning effect brought on by either gravity in the first case or by vacumn in the second case.Or there could be a problem in your pump the check valve may be bad causing the same problem...
