It is a front loader strackable. Washes properly but when it is time to do final spin, the indicator light will move to 'No Spin". If I then hit 'Pause' then hit the spin button to either 'High Med or low', then hit start, after about 10 seconds I hear a click and the indicator light will move from the (High Med or Low) back to the "No Spin".

1. What part do I need?

2. Can the front plastic panel be removed from the front? (Washer?dryer is hard to move where it is at.
