Kenmore triple agitator

Model Number: 110.26932691 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Hi there.

I have a kenmore 90 series washer model 11026932691. I recently noticed the top part of the agitator does not seem to be to be moving especialy if it is a large load. The bottom portion is moving fine. It has a triple action agitator in it. Is this an easy fix? Any help would be great
