Default Maytag washer "buzzes" but does not fill with water
Model Number: A612S   Brand: Maytag   Age: More than 10 years

When the dial is turned to "Automatic Presoak", there is a buzzing sound but the tub does not fill with water. The tub does spin in the "spin cycle".

Where do I start?

Thanks, Paul
