My Washer will start to fill but as soon as it does it is also draining at the same time. Does anyone know what this could possibly be.

Is the drain hose laying on the floor? If it is - that's why it's draining by itself.

The drain hose is in the hole behind the washer where the water cutoffs are, is there something else we need to try

I found that some washer drain's are too low. I had to add a 1/2" pvc pipe to my hose (that comes out from the washing machine) and insert the pvc into the drain. That lifted the drain up 3 feet or so and it works!! I hope it works for you too!
