Junk Sears Washer
Model Number: HE3 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
We bought a new kenmore washer and dryer on 1-26-04 payed around $1500 plus for the set. my washer was making noise on the spin cycle, so i took it apart. The bracket that holds the drum in place was broken. Now you would think that a part like that should last more than 5 years. Now Sears would like me to spend another $350 for the part. they don't sell just the part, you have to buy the drum with it.
