I have a roper washer that started overflowing or not filling at all. I changed the water inlet valve and the pressure valve. I still am overflowing. The tube going to the pressure chamber is clear. I noticed even when I am not using it the pressure chamber cup has water in it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well, this is unusual, that should have fixed it. You may still have a blockage in the tube. Take off the tube from the pressure switch to the tub where it connects to the pressure switch and blow it out forcefully.

If that does not work, given what you have already changed out and that the water will stop when you shut off the machine then the next thing to change is the timer.

This can't be the timer, I would look for a leaky clear plastic hose going to the water level switch. You might want to trim off both ends to get a tighter fit.
