I need to replace the door boot on this. Looks routine, but never did it before. Looks like I'll have to remove the front counterweight. Any help would be appreciated. Also, the bearings are starting to go bad on this, but that I don't want to do, too expensive.

Ok no problem, downloaded the tech guide for the WBVh6240, looks the same. For this job, you have to remove the front panel and control panel, looks relatively easy. End of problem

Update: It took more than two hours and sore fingers to get the boot on, had to remove both front weights and remove opper frame member, all not mentioned in the repair proceedure.
