Hello,
My 6-month new Maytag EPICz MHWZ600TW00 washer will vibrate and shake and WALK during the spin cycle.
Called services 3 times. They just adjusted the legs of the washer. (Sometimes they level the washer. Sometimes, they raised the front higher)
Any suggestion on how to solve this problem?
(It is on the second floor and on a pedestals.)
Thanks.

Your floor is probably vibrating in tune with the washer. Best solution would be to trade with a Whirlpool Duet, has superior suspension system. Another solution is to screw down a 3/4 inch piece of plywood.

Thanks for the reply.
If it comes to a new washer, would a triditional top-load washer (which brand and model?) be better than a front-load washer?
The laundry room is on the 2nd floor and the house is less than 3 years old.
Thanks.

Personally I would go for a Whirlpool top loader as I mentioned.
