Instuctions 2 replace water valve in DW
 

I replaced the caps on wires which melted together on my DW and the lights on the panel came back on. The motor tries to turn on (i.e., makes a sound), but there is no water. I've assessed it is probably the water valve and/or float. I don't know how to replace it.

Can a technician help me with instructions?
