I am trying to get a drive belt on the flywheel and motor. After I got it on it keeps slipping off when I turn the flywheel. The flywheel has a little play in it. I can wiggle it which seems to make the belt come off. Any advice or help

The belt should be staying on, and there is no adjustment so I would check the support parts to see if there is anything broken or damaged with them.

Here is a service manual for a later version of your machine, which may be helpful.
