We have a whirlpool duet that has clunking noise at low tub speed and on high speed. feet are firmly adjusted. sounds something like a main bearing that has a lot of slop in it.

There is not much we can tell you on your problem because it is one of these where you have to be there in person to visually examine the appliance.
