No power to the control panel. So I disassemble - not sure I want to invest ~$200 in a control panel I'm looking for burnt components. Ohm the fuse.. appears open. Just want to make sure this isn't some sort of fuse that I don't know about that wouldn't ohm as a short... it's kind of white looking inside the glass.

Tried to attach a pic but the editor is acting weird..
