Model Number: KAWS850LQ1   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 1 - 5 years

Does it agitate? If it doesnt spin or agitate then it could be the coupler located inbetween the motor and gearcase.

Click for coupler.

Click for instructions to remove cabinet and check coupler.
