GE Front loader washer
Model Number: WCVH6800J0WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My washer will not dispense the fabric softner. I read the manual and did everything it stated to do but the fabric softner still will not dispense.

See if this service manual is close enough to your model to do some troubleshooting. The problem can be in the diverter system, a blocked line or in the control module.
