Kenmore will fill with water; switch on right hand top "buzzes" when turned on. No agitation, no spin. Sounds like it wants to kick in and work.

If the machine will drain then the coupling is likely the problem. If the motor is not turning at all then the motor is your likely culprit, although I would check the capacitor first since it is a lot less expensive.

It may also be that something is stuck in the pump, or between the basket and tub so check that also.
