Washer turns on fills up and empties itself. Will not agitate or spin. Can't figure out if it's the control board or the motor....PLEASE HELP!!

First take off the back and check the belt. If it is ok, operat the machine with the back off and see if the motor is turning, which is almost certainly is not.

Use this service manual to check the speed control board and the motor. It is likely the speed control board, which fail regularly on these machines.
