Washer doesn't spin...drains and makes clicking sound
Brand: Roper Age: 1 - 5 years
i believe my wife put a heavy load in. Agitator does not work, spin does not work. It pumps the water out and just makes a clicking sound when it's on spin. I tore it apart and checked the coupling. Seems fine. Don't know where else to check...
