Washing machine
Model Number: RAB4232EW1 Brand: Roper Age: More than 10 years

Ok, not much to go on here.
If the machine has stopped in the spin cycle and the motor is not running check the lid switch. If the motor is running but the tub will not spin check the clutch, this part here. Part number: AP3094537 This site will show you how to get into and do that. Clutch Replacement on Whirlpool and Kenmore Washers
