Washer spins slower than normal, clothes are still wet after cycle is over. Doesn't reach a high spin.

This part is usually the problem. Instructions are included, and the only problem is sometimes it is difficult to get the clip on, but persistence will get it done.

I put in the new Thrust bearing kit.

You may need to have a thicker washer. See this site for some really good pics on how to make sure you have it on correctly. Also check for any obstruction that might be slowing down the spin and check the belt.

If that does not fix it, tell us exactly what it is now doing and maybe we can come up with something else.

It was making a noise last week, and now the agitater does not work also.

Check to see that nothing is caught between the tub and the basket, and then check the pump to make certain there is nothing in it that is jamming things.

If these check out, see if you can turn the pulley each way, and then operate the machine with the belt off and see if the motor turns correctly in spin mode.

If all this checks out you likely have transmission problems.
