how do i remove the agitator so i can repair or replace it?

I think you just need to reach down and pull hard strait up. Should come out.
The Phish doesn't show a bolt holding it in.

thanks, i got it off. added hot water up to agitator base and tied a short rope around the base and raise up using a 2x4.
