I have a GE washer (all electronic) that has blown the fusible link 2 times in 6 months. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening. I replaced the motor and fusible link the 1st time and this time just the link seems to be working ok at this time. Eric, Cross Roads Appliance
P.S. Do you know where I can get a manual for these models?

I would disconnect the wire harness at both the control and motor ends and clean the contact and reseat. I would then check all of the wiring for some sort of break or fraying.

This may solve it, but you may also have a weak spot internal to the insulation on the wiring which will be almost impossible to find.

GE does not releas tech info on its machines, so I cannot give you a site for the service manual.

Good luck, hope this helps.
