mach. will not spin only tumbles any clues as to the problem and what to look for .already seen the videos on this garbage mach. and how they sabbotage it with self drilling screws for no appent reason other than 2 cut open the plastic tub and spider gear stupidity come on alluminum and stainles even a high school student knows about that . dam engineers !!!

Look inside the lower service panel and see if you can locate the tech notes that go with this machine. They will show you how to generate error codes.
Pay particular attention to your speed control board and the door lock assembly. In many cases the main control board thinks the door is not locked even when it is and will not operate the spin mode because of that.
