Model Number: lsr8244ezo   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years

the washer does'nt agitate but pumps out the water and puts it in,makes a noise of humming or like stuck.i was told it was the moter coupling on my direct drive but have no clue on how to install new one.
