I have a Tappan 46-2351-00-002. Heard whir noise. Checked belt-wasn't moving and beat. Replaced the belt. While replacing belt the pulley spring fell out and it flipped toward the motor. I pushed it back away from motor and I put back in middle. Didn't spin without help to get it going...put in other two spots and same thing. Suggestions at this point? Thanks
