Model Number: WFK 2401 Brand: Bosch Age: 5 - 10 years
My Bosch washing machine is not filling the drum on the fill cycle no the rinse cycle. The water is just trickling in. Is this the dual valve? The valve that opens for the detergent and softener works fine. Thanks.

The first thing to do would be to turn off the water and remove the
fill hoses from the back of the washer and place them into something. Then turn the water on to make sure you’re getting proper water pressure. Also check the screens that are inserted into the water valve where they connect to the washer. If they need cleaned do not remove them. take a small brush and clean them. |

Sorry 'bout that, (I’ve been tied up trying to see I can make a
buck on this end) Below is the entire water system for your washer, number 6 is the inlet valve. Take each number 7 hose loose from where it connects to number 23 “only one at a time” and place the end of that hose into some sort of container or jar that can hold water. Start the washer on a warm wash. Does the water just trickle out into the container? Or does it come out normally? Make sure to do this test with only one hose at a time making sure that the other is still connected. ![]() |

but before that conclusion is reached it would be a good idea to check and see if proper voltage is getting to the valve during fill. You should be getting 120 Volts AC at the terminals of each of the two coils of the valve. |
