need to wash
Model Number: HAV2558AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
MAYTAG WASHER WILL NOT START. IT WILL SPIN OUT WATER .BUT WILL NOT FILL WITH WATER . MAKES HUMMING NOISE WHEN YOU PULL OUT KNOB.

If there is nothing wrong with both water supply lines then the problem is a bad water inlet valve.
- The part number for the water inlet valve is AP3500345 Gene.
