Thumping During Spin Cycle
Model Number: WTW5500SQ0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
During spin cycle washer has started to thump around! Seems that the drum has fallen down and has come loose from the frame?! Have checked underneath and nothing is broken or missing! Washer is also level! Have used machine since purchased with no problems until now! Any suggestions?
