My duet washer is using warm or hot water for the wash cycle when I have selected the cold/cold option. The rinse water is cold, and when I select hot/cold the wash temperature is hot. What are the possible parts involved in this issue?

I have the same problem. I even shut off the hot water to the machine, but it was smart enough not to fall for that trick :)
