Power source is fine, lid is down...no response when start button pushed....no light nada

If your machine is less than 1 year old it should be covered under factory warranty.

If for some reason you cannot get service, please post a full model number so we can see exactly which machine you have.

Thanks for advice...had this 2 1/2 yrs....finally prayed, pushed "stop" and then start....It is running fine now...thankyou so much for reply....Ferg
