This washer agitates, drains but does not spin.
I replaced the motor coupler but it did not spin either.
I do not know what to do next ( replace the brake or
the clutch ). Please help. Thanks alot.

clutch, it more than likely has oil on the pads causing no spin. Put it in spin and turn the drum, you may have to jump out the lid switch, if it starts spin and stops it is the clutch.

Rather poor advice appliguy.
Pull off the outer panel and jumper the lid switch, then put it in spin. If the clutch housing above the tranny turns, but no spin, you have a worn clutch and probably bad brake shoes.
Go to my sticky "replacing direct drive washer brake shoes" for info.
