The top part of my agitator is not working properly.It is making a clinking sound like a gear is stripped.The serial # is cp3372488, Type 111.Can you tell me what part I need and how to repair it.

If the top part of the agitator is moving freely in both directions while the bottom is not moving then the problem is a worn agitator cam dogs.
