i have a kenmore washer, model # 11092283100 serial# cb4834875. it will not agitate, nor will it spin. the drain works just fine. it does sound like it is operating just fine. there is just no movement. i can spin the agitator and tub by hand. there doesn't seem to be any resistance,nor does it feel too easy. i hope this is enough information.

Sounds like a failed motor coupler.
A relatively easy repair.
