The bleach and fabric softner containers are full of water at the end of the cycle. They either don't drain or they fill with water after the product is released.
Any suggestions?

Its possible the plunger in the solenoid for the dispenser is sticking and the only way to fix it is by replacing the complete DUAL WATER INLET VALVE, COLD WATER or the WATER INLET VALVE, HOT WATER ( Depending on the one sticking )

You might also check to see that there is no build up in the dispenser causing it not to drain
