Kenmore spin problem
Model Number: 70 series 110.20702 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
Washer fills and agitates fine. Rinse cycle is fine as is pump out. Problem: Will not spin when timer reaches that point in the cycle. Motor runs but not engaged. Lift lid and shut and it works fine from then on. I HAVE replaced lid switch. If washer runs the full cycle and you come back when it has finished, you turn knob to spin, pull out, and it spins fine. What is the problem?? Noises all seem normal, no water leak, no burned smell.
