The Washer does not allow water in during wash cycle. Then during the rinsing cycle all the cycles in. When spins out there is alot resude water left in the tub.:(

Start by taking off the lower service panel and taking out the pump and cleaning things out in the pump and hoses. \

You should also find some tech notes in there (or under the top) which will show you how to do some diagnosis.
