Control Panel Is Stuck On Lock
Model Number: GHW9300PW2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
help, my control panel is stuck on lock. tried turning off the power but nothing is working

Under the top you should find some tech notes that will show you how to put the machine in test/diagnostic mode, but if the control will not go into that mode because it is totally locked you will have to replace the electronic control and see if that fixes things.

locked contol panel
thanks for the tip, however i got the control unlocked. hold the end cycle button down for 3 seconds did the trick. thank you
