the washer is sticks on rinse cycle. what part is needed to correct this problem?

When you say "sticks" do you mean that the timer does not move and the machine just continues to agitate in the rinse cycle? Also, does it do this is all cycles? (regular, perm press etc)
In the absence of any other info it sounds like a timer problem.
