Water overflows from my detergent drawer. this has happened one time before and the repair guy just reached in to unclog it. However I can not find where on the inside of the drum he did this. I could not find an opening on the gray rubber part and there is a white door looking thing but I can not get it to open. Please help...i do not want another service fee.
