my washer does not agitate it spins.

Take off the bottom service panel and take the belt of the transmission pulley. Operate the machine and see if the motor turns. If it does, the problem is the transmission. If the motor does not turn, it can be the motor switch or the timer. Take the motor switch off and clean the contacts with contact cleaner and reseat securely. If it still does not operate use the service manual to see if you can narrow it down between the timer and the switch. http://www.servicematters.com/m...ary/docs/RS3100007R0.pdf
