The wasing machine fills with water but just kind of makes a humming noise and doesn't start spinning.Can you make any suggestions?

Hi chrissy

Most likely the problem with your washer is stuck drain pump.
Lift up the washer from the front and remove the belt. Check the drain pump pulley (#4 on the base break down diagram) if it moves freely. If it does not replace the drain pump. To get the access to the pump you have to remove the rear panel.
If there is nothing wrong with the drain pump then the motor (#2 on the base break down diagram) has to be replaced.

- The part number for the new drain pump is AP3447809

- The part number for the new motor AP3500351
