Washer Won't Agitate But It Spins
Model Number: WJSR2080V1WW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Washer Won't Agitate. It Does Spin And Fill Up The Water. Motor Sounds Like Is Working. Agitator Spins Freely.
How Do I Remove The Agitator To Check The Agitator Coupler? Thanks!

Agitator coupler
If you have a similar GE model the agitator coupler is that plastic cup that attaches the agitator to the tranmission shaft. It has a screw on the top which you will need to remove in order to replace the coupler. The coupler will be around $5 and it protects your transmission so it doesn't break from excesive torque. Hope this helps!
