Have a door that appears to be cracked on the outside shell and a bit on the inside shell around the hinge. The door will still close and lock. Wash cycle runs for a few minutes then shuts off. It sends out an error code flashing a "dr" on the screen. I have an extended warranty but it sounds like they won't cover the door??
What is the dr code and is it worth replacing the door. Only 18 months old.:rolleyes:

The dr code is that there is a door problem, but then you already knew that. It is likely that the door problem is preventing the central control unit from recognizing that the door is locked, and thus is shutting down. Use this service manual to see if you can get some error codes, and at the end of the day I think it is a good idea to fix the door and keep the machine.
