My washer works well, except when it comes to the spinning cycle. I tried replacing the coupler but it didn't work. Can you please advice me as to what the problem is.

I am assuming your machine will spin slow, or spin sometimes, or spin if you give it a little hand push to start it.

In that case you want to check out the clutch and probably replace it.
