GE front load washer leaves fabric softener around large rubber ring at end of cycle
Model Number: WCVH6260FWW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
At the end of a complete cycle, a puddle of fabric softener is left around the large rubber ring just inside the door. Also, many times the washing fluid doesn't drain. Can someone help me please?

Take out the pump cleanout plug. Note: A fair amount of water and nasty junk will come out.
If this does not fix it, take out the pump and clean out the drain hoses. Here is the service manual which will show you how. http://appliancejunk.com/ge/washer/31-9135.pdf
