When watching the wash cylce with the lid open it seems the clothes mover (upper part of aggitator) doesn't spin to pull the clothes down to the bottom during wash. It looks to be wanting to catch on something to rotate but slips by whatever it is. If I push down on it and gently rotate it clock wise it works, any ideas ? thanks

Hi,

Sound like you need to replace the "dogs" in the agitator.
This is a cheap and easy repair.

Your is a step by step guide with photos that should help you with the job.

Thanks for the info, I did pop the top off to the point of seeing the bolt but didn't go further, I had no idea what I was even looking for...lol

Just an update, got the parts yesterday and in lastnight, pretty easy job. Thanks for the help in telling me what the problem was !
