Whirlpool model
Model Number: LSQ8000HQ Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
My washer is not agitating or spinning. I have it part now (cover off) not sure where to start. I have been reading on the forums but now am quite confused. Also, it makes a loud grinding noise when I put it on high spin & a lighter noise when I out it on low spin. Agitator does not turn in cycle 0 just get noise, water does pump out though. please help!!!

Take off the pump thend remove the motor there is a coupler there that is most likely broken
|
