It seems to run fine it just won't spin all the water out of the clothes.

Remove the washer cabinet and check the pump and drain hoses for a foreign objects inside. Check for a foreign objects between the inner and outer tubs.

If there is no water left in the tub after spin cycle is over, the spin basket might not come up to full speed.
