Works fine except when it is spinning to empty the wash tub I get water leaking onto the floor. Used to be intermittant but is happensing more often now. Could it be the pump leaking? or am I looking at purchasing a new washer

Yes could be pump but also could be tub seal... take 2 screws out of lower panel and run unit and look for leak
